At Illenium Official Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drop items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
